MATIHUB is a design and engineering studio. It is a business: it sells software development and the design and strategy work around it, and this site exists to show what it builds and to let people reach it.

Nothing here is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to perform work, and no price or timeline is implied by anything shown. An engagement begins when a written proposal has been signed by both sides, and the terms of that proposal govern it — not the pages of this website.

Except where this notice says otherwise, everything on this site is owned by Cortex Solutions LLC or licensed to it: the MATIHUB name and wordmark, the written copy, the layout and interface design, the illustrations and icon artwork, the three-dimensional and generated imagery, the photography, the sound, and the source code.

You are welcome to look at it, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, republish its content, pass its design or code off as your own, or use any of it to train a machine-learning model, without written permission.

Permission is usually easy to get. Ask.

Jump, Get Lost is an original recording. The sound recording and the composition are owned by Cortex Solutions LLC and released under the MATIHUB Records imprint. It plays here because it is ours to play.

It is streamed for listening on this page only. Downloading it, re-uploading it, or using it in another work — including as a soundtrack to video or in a commercial context — needs a licence in writing.

The projects on this site were built by the studio for its clients. The client owns their own brand: their name, their logo, their photography and their copy remain theirs, and they appear here to identify the work, with permission, and for no other purpose.

Where a client's live site is reachable through a matihub.com address, it is served from the client's own deployment. It is their site, under their control and their terms — not a copy held here.

If you are a client and you would like your work taken down or credited differently, email us and it will be done.

Product names, company names and trademarks mentioned or evoked anywhere on this site belong to their respective owners. Their use here is descriptive or referential. It does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, partnership or endorsement in either direction.

In particular: the desktop and phone shown on the home page are an original interface built by MATIHUB as a piece of design. They are drawn from scratch — the icons, the folder artwork, the typography and the code are ours. They are a homage to the personal computer as an idea, not a reproduction of any manufacturer's product, and they contain no third-party software, artwork or assets.

MATIHUB and Cortex Solutions LLC are independent and are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or connected to Apple Inc. or any other hardware or operating-system vendor. “Apple”, “macOS”, “iOS”, “iPhone”, “Mac” and “Finder” are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

If you own a mark and believe something here reads as an endorsement you did not give, write to us and we will change it.

This site uses type and code released by others under their own licences. Fira Code is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Geist is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The WebGL work in the studio's prototypes uses three.js under the MIT licence.

Those licences stay with those works and are not extended by anything in this notice. Their authors keep their rights and their credit.

This site links out — to clients, to social profiles, to maps. Those destinations are run by other people. We do not control them, we do not review them continuously, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement.

We keep this site current and correct it when we find a mistake. Even so, content may be incomplete or out of date at any given moment, and we give no warranty that it is error-free. Nothing here is professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation.

To report an infringement, a factual error, a security issue or anything else that needs correcting, email info@matihub.com with enough detail to identify what you are referring to. We take rights complaints seriously and respond to them.
